How your order reaches you
- Step 1You order
You pay by card and we email you your order number.
- Step 2We send it to the supplier
Your order goes to the supplier that makes or stocks it, through AliExpress.
- Step 3It is posted, tracked
The supplier posts it with a tracking number you can follow on Track my order.
- Step 4It arrives
Most orders within 10 days; larger things up to 3 weeks.

Delivery is in the price
The price on each product is all you pay. There is no delivery charge at the checkout, whatever you order and however much.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
How long it takes
Our products are posted to you directly by the supplier that makes or stocks them, through AliExpress, many of them from abroad. Most orders arrive within 10 days of being placed. Larger things, such as rods, chairs, bags and shelters, can take up to 3 weeks. We only sell products that AliExpress expects to deliver within 3 weeks.
These are AliExpress's own estimates, so a parcel can occasionally take a little longer, for example at busy times of the year or if it is held at customs.
Tracking
Every parcel is sent with a tracking number. Follow it on our order tracking page with the email address and order number from your order confirmation.
More than one parcel
If you order several things, they may come from different suppliers, in separate parcels on different days. Each one is tracked.
If it hasn't arrived
Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you. If it hasn't come 3 weeks after you ordered, or the tracking hasn't moved for a week, send us a message through our contact page with your order number and we'll chase it. If it has been lost, we send it again or refund you in full, whichever you'd prefer.
