Paying by card

You pay by debit or credit card when you place your order: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Prices are in pounds sterling, and delivery to any UK address is already included in them.

Apple Pay and other ways to pay

On an iPhone, iPad or Mac, Stripe's payment page offers Apple Pay. Depending on your order and your device, it may also offer Klarna, Amazon Pay or Revolut Pay. Whatever you see on that page can be used.

We don't take PayPal, bank transfers or cash on delivery.

Your card details are safe

Every payment goes through Stripe, on Stripe's own secure payment page. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach us. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment in its app or with a code; that is a normal security check.

When you're charged

You're charged when you place your order, and we email you your order number as soon as the payment goes through. If we can't supply something you've ordered, we refund what you paid for it in full.

Refunds

Refunds go back the way you paid, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank. How returns and refunds work is on our returns page.

Discount codes

Type a discount code into the box at the checkout before you pay, and the saving comes off straight away.
